I had highlights and low lights done paid $166. When Katrina dried my hair I told her I don’t see the highlights at all? She parted my hair got a mirror and I had to look very very close to even see highlights. She knew I was very disappointed… shes a sweat girl and very friendly but didn’t offer to make it right. It is a beautiful bright salon. She told me to make another appointment for 6 weeks and will do it thicker. I did make the appointment. I called a couple weeks later because I had a family emergency and was away and number two I’m not a complainer, but my friend said they need to know and should make this right as clients should be number 1 but not here obviously. No one could tell I got highlights. When I called they said there was nothing they could do because they only give a 5 day review, I had an appointment scheduled for six weeks after the first to get roots and more brighter thicker highlights done and low lights but they could not give me a percentage off. That’s all I was asking. She would not work with me at all kept saying she couldn’t hear me. I canceled my appointment and will never go back there again. That’s a shame because I’m looking for a hairstylist in my area. If anyone wants a gift certificate, I have plenty please PM me cheap discount on them. Lol.

Terrible experience. Went in for a balayage, I have very thin hair that goes a little past my shoulder. Quoted for $218 for just a balayage on my natural hair with a toner and NO haircut! I felt like that was way too expensive but since I had $200 in giftcards I’d figured I go ahead with it. She didn’t show me what blonde she was using and later asked if I wanted to add blow dry. Blow dry was not in the quoted price and she didn’t tell me how much it was and I had no idea it was FORTY DOLLARS! $40! Crazy! The blonde still came out orangey after the toner. Very unhappy with it, it’s only been 2 weeks and I already dyed over it. $258+tip for a mediocre balayage. I won’t be back.

I went in for a consultation on Sunday afternoon and she already fit me in for an appointment on Tuesday. Diana was so knowledgeable, friendly, honest and just after one visit to this salon, I trust her judgement 100%. I’m so happy with the results of the treatment. My hair was never this soft, shiny, and frizz-free. She took her time with me, did not rush at all. I would definitely do business with this salon again. I decided to treat myself and splurge. So happy I did! I’ve had frizzy, unmanageable hair that I’ve always hated since high school and I decided to get a Cezanne Keratin treatment. I went in for a consultation on Sunday afternoon and she already fit me in for an appointment on Tuesday. I have been going to see Diana N. at the Sinking Spring Lords & Ladies for over 5 years. I started going to her when I was pregnant to treat myself for wash and style. Then I came back to her after giving birth and she keeps my grays covered and my blonde balayage fresh. She is talented and an amazing person inside and out. She is always sweet and I leave feeling fabulous.

They lied about the Sunday Monday Tuesday discount. They let you book and get service but at check out gave excuse that it didnt apply to some stylists. If I cant trust your business practices, I cant trust you to cut my hair. In spite of being underbooked for that stylist they are willing to lose a young customer. And her friends. Oh and it was a less than average cut, she took more than asked off and it looks nothing like the style that was asked for.

We selected Diana Neider as our stylist after having met her thru her husband and also our daughters are friends. My daughter was first and she absolutely loved her haircut! She has thick coarse hair and tended to not like getting haircuts, but Diana was very kind and comforting and helped her gain confidence (9 years young at the time) she raved about her haircut and I know several other kids started going as well. I also went to Diana for a mens haircut and she did a really great job, understood what I wanted, and kept everything on time which I appreciate. I can absolutely recommend Diana for women/girls haircuts and also hair coloring! I sent my mother to Diana with a gift certificate we purchased on promotion and she also loved it. Basicallly Diana now cuts our whole family lol

Went in to get my hair colored as I needed a new change in life, decided to go from blonde to red, I showed Carly J what I wanted and she did nothing short of a fabulous job with the color and the style and, not only did I get the color I wanted but the service was amazing as well, all the stylists were so friendly and welcoming as well as the other staff members. Would highly recommend this salon for any service

I have been going to the Lords and Ladies in Exeter for a year with no issues. I made an appointment for 6pm yesterday at the sinking spring location for the same service I had been getting (partial highlight special). First I got a call the appointment had to be pushed to 6:30pm I was okay with that, they took me in at 6:45pm. The appointment mostly went okay but the stylist seemed very rushed. While I was at the bowl I was told there was not time for blow dry and style *somewhat upsetting as its not my fault they scheduled wrong and I had to go home with wet hair and honestly didn’t have her cut as much as I wanted because she was so rushed.
