I’m new to the area and was referred to this salon. I have textured thick hair and came in with the hopes if getting a layered cut with a curtain bang but I instead I got chopped layers with a rat tail. My hair had a lot of frizz after a “blow out” and I had go home and redo my hair myself. I feel as though, as a trained hair stylist, you should be able to cut and style on any textured hair. Sadly, I was extremely disappointed and felt robbed.

Me and my mom go to this salon to get our hair and nails done. We get our hair done by Courtney and she is amazing! She is one of the kindest humans you will ever meet and we have never had our hair done by anyone better. She listens to you and works with you every step of the way to make sure you leave the salon with what you want. My mom has never been happier than since we started going to this salon. Courtney truly is fantastic at what she does and you couldn’t find anyone better than her! We also get our nails done by Lavinia and she is the best! She is extremely sweet and insanely talented. You could not do any better then going to this location everyone here from receptionists to the manager are some of the kindest and warmest people you will ever meet. They make you feel so welcome and comfortable! They really are the best around.

Was told they were out of hair color. Stylist put black hair color on my blonde hair. Told stylist several times it did not look right while it was being applied. I was told it was fine. Was charged $230.00 for services I did not ask for. Did nit ask for hi lites low lites which has now made my hair yellow blonde gold brown and black. I just got the worst haircut I have had in over three decades. Did not listen to a word I said, cut off all of my hair. It isn’t a ‘bad haircut,’ it is not what I said I wanted and 3 inches shorter than I said. The color looks great….but I have no hair. For $200++ tip for a cut and partial lights? Didn’t even know how short it was til I went home and really looked/ combed through it. I dread going out in public. No thanks, never again. I am so unhappy.
