The staff is very friendly, they even got me a french vanilla coffee which is very nice. My stylist, Taylor Bari did a good job doing my hair . We’re doing it for an 4 hrs or 5 but it was worth it because she did a good job coloring and cutting my hair. Especially I love how other stylist helping her to do my hair and make sure that it will turn out good. I would love to go back again

So I have been trying to find a place to go to get my nails done for a few year. My issues were that the places are too far that I cannot go frequently or the places don’t do a good job. Then my friend who gets a mani told me about L&L in Perk and Lauren S. My friend’s nails are always on point. So I figured what the hell. I’ll give it a shot. I tried to keep my expectations low. But she was excellent! I mean really really amazing! This is my 4th mani and by far my all-time favorite! She is just very meticulous and does a fabulous job! My nails last just about 2 weeks! I highly highly recommend her!

Google asked me to review so here is my honest opinion. I went here for my bridal hair styling for my small wedding. I booked it 2 months out & I left photos and details of the hair style I was looking for and called 5 days prior to be sure it was able to be executed which they assured me “just have some photos it will be no problem”.Once I arrived my apt was for 9am the stylist didnt get me until 9:14 am. I was told this was because her previous client was late so therefore I had to be late? Once I was in the chair it became apparent that unfortunately the stylist didn’t know how to french braid . I asked for a braid crown. She explained that for it to be “easier a low bun in the back would be best”. Easier? This was my first uh oh moment. I assured myself she is a professional and she saw the photos it’ll be fine. She tried to braid my hair about 10 times before going to get help from a fellow more experienced stylist who came over and tried to help and explain how to do it. After this stylist left I sat as she tried to execute this looking very unsure. I had to unfortunately at that time go on my phone and ask my planner to have someone at my venue to fix my hair when I arrived back as I understood this wasn’t looking like the photograph. My hair is also down to my mid back I was told by the stylist who corrected it I had plenty of hair for this style. I didn’t appreciate the delay of the apt or that the stylist was ill prepared. I called I left a note with the apt I did my part but this salon couldn’t execute. The lowbun looked like a “rats nest” according to the on call bridal hair stylist that fixed my hair. Total bummer I was definitely trying to pay and leave quickly so I could get to her and when I did she fished 59 bobby pins from this bun which was already falling out from the bottom when I arrived back to the venue. L&L is great for haircuts and color but because their stylists have to be jack of all trades (hair cuts, color,manicures,pedicures, event styling etc) it seems to be average since they can’t specialize. Bad experience a real shame photos attached. Asked for a braided crown thick incorporating the hair all the way around the head. This is a basic braid that was from the side of my head and bobby pinned to the top middle of my head? Really anyone could of done. Lesson here is if you don’t know how to properly execute what a client asks for send them on their way. I wouldnt go here for bridal styling everything else you should be good to get here.

My hair is a mess right now. They completely botch up my hair. First the haircut is terrible and second the color is not even dye properly the color is not what I want. They tried to fixed my hair 3 time and all 3 time the color was not fixed. When i called to tell that they told me I can come in again to get it fix but I really don’t want to anymore since they done such a bad job. All I want is a refund so I can get it fix somewhere. This is my hair after getting fixed 3 time. The first time my hair was black with blonde spot and the hair dress was in a hurry to get me out the door. Luckily I looked before I leave and she tried to fix it again and it but still not fixed and she didn’t even dried my hair and just told to come back to get it fixed. Then another hairdresser had to step in to fix it the 3 time and guess up and it still like this. And owner told she told me to come and she fix it for me. My hair already damage like and you guy tried fix 3 time you really think I’ll trusts again. First hairdresser is hailey, the second hairdresser is KP
