I just had the most amazing manicure experience with Hannah S.! I had gotten a botched gel manicure so was feeling pretty anxious and uneasy about getting them fixed/redone. However, Hannah was the most easygoing and kind stylist I’ve had so far in my life! She helped me feel way more comfortable, and even helped me pick out the perfect color when I was feeling indecisive! I’ll definitely be coming back here as often as I can and recommending it to everyone I know!

Neva was awesome! Highly recommend, she took in consideration what I was looking for in my hair cut, but also made sure I was happy with everything before finishing up. First time customer, but highly suggest her for your Men’s cut! Thanks again! Haircut

Allison did a great job with my highlighting, and extensions, but takes advantage and over charges. I went for a consultation back in February which we discussed all pricing and the total for highlight, ordering of the hair extensions, and installation came to around $750ish. I had my first appointment where she did a highlight, and we ordered the hair extensions. I paid the $750 price which was expected, and I was aware of. I was not informed there would be any other charges besides an installation fee which is $159. So at my first appointment I got highlighted, and hair ordered. A few days later my extensions came in so I went in for my second appointment which was just the extension installation, again the installation fee is $159. I get up to the register and I was charged $750 again. I asked about the price and the ladies said that I wouldn’t be charged that again in the future because I would just be getting the highlighting and a move up. I let it go in case I missed something on my end, but I do my research before getting any type of beauty treatment, so knew the pricing seemed off. Two months rolls around to my move up appointment, and Allison informs me the price is again $750. I did some research and spoke to other stylists at other Lords and Ladies salons and a move up is $60 per pack for tape ins, and a highlight is around $160ish depending on stylist level, and all I was getting done this appointment was a move up, and highlighting. I called the Gilbertsville salon and spoke to a manager who informed me that Allison charges the $750 price, because she fully takes the extensions out instead of just trying to move them up, and said “It’s basically like you’re getting new hair with the move up.” First of all, I’m not getting new hair. It’s the same hair I originally ordered, just being moved up. I let it go and assumed it was because of Allison’s stylist rating, and was thinking that not every stylist fully takes the extensions out, and informed Allison I would not be returning to her and gave my reasons. She informed me I could go to other salons, but the other stylists are “less experienced and don’t do as well of a job.” She then also tried to use our order form as a “contract”. It was an order form for the original ordering of hair, and installation, not a contract for future appointments whatsoever, and no agreement which is what a contract is. There’s a difference between an order form and a contract. I made an appointment at the Perkiomenville salon with Danielle. I was expecting someone new and inexperienced based off of what Allison had explained, but Danielle has been there since 2004 and is experienced at extensions. Danielle fully took my extensions out, because it is standard procedure to re-tape them, not just something only Allison does. So, Allison was charging me as if I was ordering new hair every single time, when she does the standard procedure every stylist does, and is supposed to do for a move up. Danielle also informed me that Lords and Ladies has the weft beaded extensions, which was never an option offered to me by Allison, and I had no idea Lords and Ladies offered that because I was only told about the tape ins. If you are interested in extensions, go to Perkiomenville and never pay as if you’re “getting new hair” unless you are actually getting the new hair. It is a rip off, and stylists trying to take advantage of you if you are new to extensions.

Stylists are great and skilled but women at the front desk are so rude and nasty! I justGot my hair done and one of the front desk girls didn’t even make eye contact with me. Just stared at her phone the whole time. So rude

After 4 years of do-it-yourself home facials, I decided to treat myself to a professional facial at Lords & Ladies Gilbertsville. The salon is bright and clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Amanda, my aesthetician, was great. She listened carefully to my skin issues and what I wanted to get out of the session. She then made recommendations based on my needs. I received a signature hydrafacial and my face looks and feels AMAZING! My skin looks bright and fresh, feels clean and smooth, and has a lovely glow. Now I’m asking myself why I waited so long! An overall great experience that I would definitely recommend.

The other day I went for a balayage treatment. I showed the girl a photo of what I was looking for and she was nice and honest and told me she can’t do that. I then showed her a second photo of something not as extreme. I know the second photo was doable for my hair because It was a picture of my hair from a past balayage treatment. It didn’t come out bad but it wasn’t anything like the photo I showed the girl. I was so disappointed. It looks more like spotty highlights. The girl then proceeded to tell me if I wanted what I showed her I would have to book multiple sessions. I feel they didn’t schedule me appropriately. They didn’t use foil or give my hair enough time to process. Also my scalp has been burning since and my hair feels like straw. This hasn’t happened with any past treatments from my old salon. (Old salon is in a different state that’s why I chose to try here). I know the girl tried her best but I want to let other people this can possibly happen to them.
