Got my nails done October 31st by Jazlyn who is very nice and sweet, I have gotten my nails done by her before and they were fairly decent. However, this time they were not. The thumb (pictured below) only lasted a day because the coats were done thicker than they should have been. This is not the first time I have had a poor manicure done here, and unfortunately it will be the last time.

The lady that did my nails was super nice and friendly. But they do not do a good job here. I got a French manicure late afternoon and by the next morning 2 of them had started coming off and one of my thumbnail polish came off completely. I spent 30$ and it would have lasted longer if I just did it myself. Not going there again.

Can’t put into words the dissatisfaction I have with this place. I sent my girlfriend here to get her hair done and she came back with the exact same hair just lighter tips. 308 dollars FOR WHAT?? Her hair looks exactly the same, we asked for an ash grey color and it’s no even close. Will never have her return and will never recommend to anyone.

Angela Ricci: Lash Design plus Overall Great Advice and Care. I have been a lash extension client of Angela’s for close to two years now. My experience has been excellent and far better than other salons I’ve used in the 6 years I have had lashes. Angela has helped me hone in on my lash and skincare health as it relates to other health concerns. Plus, she has a more natural look herself which makes her advice more relatable to me personally. I needed my hair fixed, badly. My daughter told me about this place and I said I could not justify spending that kind of money on a cut. She gave me a gift card for Christmas, and I booked my appointment. Omg, I can now justify the money spent! Staff is great, Sara did a great job and gave me exactly what I described! I booked my next appointment right then and there! Would 100 percent recommend!

I didn’t plan to leave a review at all, but when my gel polish chipped less than a week after the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten, I had to. I made an appointment for a gel manicure at L & L even though it was more expensive than any of the other salons I’ve used. I have gotten my hair done here multiple times and it has always turned out fantastic, so I expected the same from this gel manicure. This was by far the worst gel manicure experience I’ve ever had. My nails have NEVER felt thinner/more unhealthy/weaker than they do after having this manicure. It also took twice as long as any gel manicure I’ve had in the past (I was there for an hour and a half! For no extra pizzazz. It was the same exact experience I would’ve had at any other salon.), and my nails looked worse than ever. There was polish all. over. my fingers. Because it was gel, as soon as I tried to pull it off of my skin (I waited over 48 hours before trying to remove any polish from my skin in case it came off on its own between bathing and washing my hands), it also pulled it off of my nails in some spots. To top it all off, the polish chipped last night-Less than a week after getting my manicure. I’ve been getting gel manicures every two weeks religiously for the past year and I have NEVER had my gel polish chip (Not even when I went an entire month without getting my nails done when I was sick!). Extremely disappointed and will never be returning for any nail services in the future. The ONLY reason I am giving three stars is because of the great hair services I’ve received in the past-Otherwise it would certainly be one.
