I went for a hair cut and mentioned couple things i wanted for example the length and layers. I had long but a bit damaged hair so i wanted to get rid of dead ends.I showed her the length i prefer. When she was done , i liked the hair cut overall, it was not a bad cut but in the end my hair was way shorter than what i imagined. Every time i look at the mirror, i get frustrated.

Lords & Ladies did a wonderful job for my hair and my bridesmaid’s hair for my wedding! Liz was so nice and even though I completely changed how I wanted my hair done from what we did at the trial, she rolled with it and it turned out beautifully! She did my makeup too and I loved it! My bridesmaid’s hair looked great too, we would definitely recommend this salon to anyone getting married in the Wisconsin Dells area!

Finding a salon for wedding hair has got to be one of the hardest tasks there is, finding a salon in a city you don’t live in makes it even harder. I choose Lords and Ladies and could not have been happier. They were able to accommodate an early start time for us, and when we showed up 15 minutes early they didn’t make us wait, they invited us in with mimosas and breakfast snacks! Everyone on staff was great and all the girls loved their hair!

I am Tammy, the owner of Lords & Ladies Salon. The staff here at the salon has always been and will always have the best interest of the guest. We are human and do make mistakes. I also own up to our mistakes. To our guest that was moving…when there is a scheduling conflict, the stylist will talk with me prior to reaching out to you so we can work together to have options for the inconvenience. When the salon is busy, it might take a little bit to have the conversation because of servicing our guest in our chair at that time. That was the situation the day before you were leaving. It was very unfortunate that we were unable to get you in at the time you had on your calendar. After our conversation that afternoon, when I had apologized to you for the mix up on our end, and I had offered you 9:00 that night, I was feeling like you were accepting my apology. And after you turned down the 9:00 appointment and I offered to send you your formula and wished you the best of luck on your new venture, I thought that was the best I could do at that time. As for your review and hard feelings toward the salon, I am extremely sorry for how you misinterpreted the conversations with our receptionist. I truly am sorry and wish you the best of luck for your future.

I had an appointment scheduled for the day before I left to move across the country for a new job. The salon mixed up the date and had me down for the day after I left. When they called to confirm the wrong date they showed no remorse. The receptionist just said, “oh, I guess we won’t see you then.”
