Both in store and on the websites it states that they offer waxing, shaving, and massages. I came in as a walk in to ask and began speaking to me in Spanish. Now I totally don’t mind that, I’m trying my best to pick it up as a second language but when they found out I was American, they became cold and distant and I suddenly felt as if I was an outsider that wasn’t wanted. So when I asked if I could set up an appointment for a shave they rejected me and told me that they don’t have the equipment available to perform the task….at a barbershop. So I decided to play it further and asked if I could do a waxing instead. I was then told the lady who does the waxing is not here today. Ok. How about a massage then? That way I’m at least providing business and making it worth the effort of patronage to the establishment. I was rejected a third time and at first they told me it has to be made by appointment and the lady who offers the service is not here. When I called them out on their bluff and asked if I could return again another day they then told they don’t offer that service. So I got the impression my money is not welcome here because of the color of my skin. Which is very disappointing to see in 2022. But hey, credit where credit is due. They seemed to be trying super hard to NOT want my money lol.

I have been in lord cuts 2 times only for cut and spiral perm and Blanca is very professional and patient. My hair is long below my shoulders, and in the past every place I went , they couldn’t cut well. So I am blessed with Lord Cuts work, highly recommend this place.

Please fix the online timings for this salon. It says you guys close at 6pm on sundays. We showed up at 5:10 and you guys were closed. That was a huge inconvenience for us, we drove a long way to show up to a closed salon.
