We came to Lake Geneva for my friend’s birthday get away. We (4 of us) decided to have massages as a treat. We tried out Loosen up for their great reviews. It was a perfect choice. Place was super clean, smelling great, and relaxing. The person in charge is a great communicator, he returns calls and text messages promptly which is very impressive. Everyone was wonderful and very welcoming. By far the best massage we have ever had. Definitely recommend this place and we will for sure be back.

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI would give this place no stars if I could. To start off, my boyfriend booked me a massage here for my birthday. It was a surprise and I had no idea and this company texts me 3 days before my scheduled massage asking what type of massage I wanted when my boyfriend specifically booked a deep tissue massage. Then, the morning of the massage, I get a text from a number saying that I should consider rescheduling. I try to contact them all morning and they don’t answer. I show up to my scheduled massage and no one is there. My boyfriend has been trying to get ahold of them for 4 days now and they don’t answer. They took his payment online in advance. I have never gone through an experience so unprofessional. They never tried to call to cancel nor have they called since my scheduled massage to check in or reschedule. I wasted an over an hour of my time on my birthday and lost out money on parking. My advice would be not to waste your time with this company. I know I will be taking my money else where and with a company that values professionalism.I would give this place no stars if I could. My boyfriend and I had visited Loosen Up Ltd this past weekend for a couples massage. We have had several massages in the past but this was the BEST massage both and I have ever had! I love how the massage therapists knew we were here to relax, so there was minimal talking with soft and relaxing and soothing music being played. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a FANTASTIC massage! Next time we are in Lake Geneva we will be visiting again!

My girlfriend and I visited Loosen Up Ltd for couples massage on our weekend getaway. Considering that neither of us have ever received a professional massage, we were both excited and interested to see how it would turn out. Terrance and Heather are FANTASTIC! They made the whole experience very enjoyable and relaxing. The atmosphere was perfect for a massage! Between the music, scents and peaceful ambiance, everything was just perfect! The massage itself was heavenly! WOW….We will definitely be back soon!
