Critical: ProfessionalismWhen you call for an appointment, you get you prompted to push “1” for English and immediately switched to a weird, noisy call center that someone with a heavy accent gives you an 800 number to call. That person doesn’t even know the name of the salon. Sounds VERY sus! Don’t call that 800 number- you can be scammed or charged!

Went in from a referral. The loctician did a brief consultation (how do i wantMy hair, how long have i been locd) washed and oiled locd and styled then dried… Great experience nice artsy atmosphere .Very professional. First time and i will be back. Erica did a great job on my hair

Worst Hair Experience of my Life! I went in to wash my hair and I regret it so much ! The lady washed my hair didn’t wash it properly the first time had to rewash it. Took me out from under the dryer before my hair was even dry and then told me to pay. SHE DIDN’T EVEN OIL MY SCALP! They tried to play it off saying you have to ask for it…. What do you mean you have to ask your hair dresser to oil your scalp after washing it….. I came out of that place looking worse than when I went in….. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this place.
