I see people commenting about them not answering the phone. The thing is, this is a small spa. They have few employees. They focus on the customers there rather than stop and go to answer the phone. Imagine them stopping your massage, that you’re on the clock for, to answer the phone. Thats not very relaxing for you. Have been here a few times over the last 4 years. So has my family & friends based on my referral. Never had any issues. Massages are amazing. So are the other service. We did a whole family Spa Day with Maite today! My husband & I did a couples massage, then I did a facial with microdermabrasion while my husband did a body scrub, and my son did a facial. All of the services were amazing! Everything that I asked for attention on was addressed…the massages and the facials where done with detail. Maite did amazing stretches for my sciatica and worked out all of the tension on my upper back! Felt absolute euphoria afterwards! We will definitely be back for more treatments! My face has not felt this smooth in a long time! Thank you Maite!! Phenomenal job today!!

We have tried most places in the Fort Myers area that offer couples massages. We found this place with a groupon a year or two ago. It is definitely the best experience we have had and is worth the drive (20 minutes or so). This is our go-to spot for special occasions or just to relax. Their gift certificates also have made great gifts for our friends. I highly recommend scheduling a massage and trying this place out. Today is Valentine’s Day and we are off for another couples massage!

SO glad we found Lool Ha Spa! Maite & Luis were friendly & very professional. The environment is very clean and relaxing. Prices are reasonable, especially if you visit their website for coupons and deals. Be sure to tip well – they deserve it! They do such a wonderful job, my husband and I don’t plan on going anywhere else for massages.

Recently had a couples massage here. It was my first massage and in my opinion lool Ha Spa set the bar really high for future massages! Upon entering the spa the staff make you feel very comfortable. The couples massage was super professional and very relaxing. Hope to visit again on a future vacation. If you’re in the area, don’t hesitate to stop by!
