I took my kids here and waited an hour and 20 minutes for her to finish with one customer so I could get my step son’s hair cut. The wait would not have bothered me, had she not spent only 10 minutes cutting my step son’s hair, and it was absolutely NOT what I asked for. I asked her to trim his hair, a little shorter on the sides, slightly longer on top and faded. I showed her my son’s hair for reference, so she SAW exactly what I wanted done. She shaved the sides and left the top long, it looked like a bowl cut! I asked her to blend the sides and the end result was extremely uneven with a solid inch above his ears just shaved bald at a weird angle. Honestly I wish I could give a lower rating than 1 star, i am absolutely devastated with the results of this cut. Ive done better styles with a pair of clippers at home. I have no idea how I can even correct this without shaving the poor child’s head…
