Trevae is an absolute curl QUEEN! I have been seeing her for over 6 months for my curls and they have never looked better. She is extremely professional, always making sure I am comfortable and answering my many questions. She always has a smile and her lovely personality always shines when she patiently explains things to me or accommodates my last minute needs. She also was able to take my hair color vision and bring it to life, 20 times better than I imagined. There is no one better I would trust with my hair and business, I highly recommend her!

Emily did an excellent Job with manicure and pedi. I don’t tell my secret but Every time I try a new salon I test it with the “white” if they know how to apply the with gel color on you, so they’re Good! and she did great. The manager/owner was very nice to me and gave me a discount/gift card since they had canceled 2 massage appointments before. it’s a lil far from me but it’s hard to find a place where they do a good job.I am definitely coming back and traying more of wht they offer.

I was referred to Looks by my sister, after seeing her hair I decided to give them a chance. I was able to get an appointment really quickly. Ashley did my hair and it was amazing. I’ve been natural for almost 8 years and have never been able to achieve a wash and go. I was convinced that my hair is not able to do it, because of its volume. Well ASHLEY did achieved a miracle and proved me wrong. I am wearing my hair as a wash and go for the first time in my life. Ashley thank you for your patience, explanation of the products and the process on how to maintain my hair. I couldn’t be more happy.

Very rarely do I feel anything is worth leaving a review for, but Looks Salon and Spa is certainly deserving of one. It’s been a while since I last got my hair done. Because I have been experiencing some major hair loss, I’ve been too self-conscious and embarassed to go to a salon. I met with Jillian a couple weeks ago who provided me with a consultation and she took her time and provided me with some great styling ideas and hair tips. Today, I was able to get my hair cut, colored, and styled by her and she went above and beyond to accommodate me and make me feel comfortable. Despite it being such an early morning appt, Jillian was in great spirits the entire time and was a pleasure to talk with. Aside from her wonderful customer service, the staff has been nice and the salon is very clean and nicely decorated inside. Thanks again Jillian for a wonderful hair experience! 🙂 I’ll definitely be coming back soon.

Armil helped guide me in my quest for a natural looking red and complimenting hair style for my fine hair with my round face. I absolutely love the color and the cut. Sevgi was my shampoo attendant and she made me feel so relaxed! She showed me the product used when I fell in love with a scent and even hunted down my glasses for me that I’d left at the coloring station. The front desk attendant was also extremely helpful in my questions regarding arrival times, cash tips and helping to schedule my next appointment quickly. All around great service.

I have struggled with insanely thick, unmanageable curly hair my whole life. I saw Ashlea for my first curly hair cut and it’s been life changing! She did a great job with the cut and explained step by step how to care for and style my hair in order to get the best results from my curls. She was wonderful and so thorough! Since then my hair has never looked so good!! I’ve gotten SO many compliments on my curls, spend way less time fighting with my hair, and am so happy with it. Ashlea is fantastic, can’t say enough good things.

Went for an appointment with Trevae and she was great! She took time to discuss what I do with my hair now, what she recommends, and explained how much and how she used every product throughout the appointment. No complaints! Everyone here is very friendly and the place is huge!
