Mike at Looking Good is not just a barber or hairstylist, he’s a master craftsmen! I have super thick, curly hair (2B). I’ve tried layers in three different states with at least three times as many hairstylists, and my hair always looked like I had a basketball on the back of my head. Mike actually explained the “science” of hair layering and my hair has never looked better! I’m always getting compliments. His shop is slightly off the beaten path of Leland, but wherever you live, it’s worth the trip. He can style any type of hair on any person and his rates are incredibly reasonable. Give him a try!

I’ve been coming to Looking Good Family Hair for almost 30 years! In the years past I’ve wandered off to other locations, only to come back to Mike and I’m not leaving again! I’ve brought my boys to get there very first cuts (years ago) took pictures, videos, screaming and all! Mike loves every minute of it. The thing that makes him different from the rest is you get the hair cut YOU ask for and not the cut the stylist wants to give you!
