I have been going to Kim for 2 years and have found her to be very professional in all areas. Her faciality is very clean and sterile. Kim is very accommodating to my schedule and gets a lot done in the time I’m there. Kim was efficient and great at answering any of my questions. She is very knowledgable about the whole process. She informed me that I may have raised bumps after the session but it was just the hair follicles dying off. I plan on going back shortly for a follow up session. She applied a numbing cream and supplied ice at the end of the session. I used a little Neosporin to keep the recently treated area clean.
