First timer. Booked online with any stylist available. Brittany ended up doing my hair and was so helpful! I explained I’m pregnant and my hair is getting really oily due to the hormones. Also, I wear it straight but it gets curly when wet and frizzes when dried. Just needed some help and wanted to cut off about 5 inches or so. She washed my hair, followed by the cut exactly where I wanted it, and then blew dry and styled it. My hair is super thick so she helped me layer and lighten it so it is easier to manage. I’m so happy with how it turned out! I plan on coming back now that I’ve found a stylist I trust!

Having curly hair, I’m very cautious on how my hair is treated in a salon since some don’t know where to stop but Carlie was AMAZING today at treating it. I was honestly sooo excited that her herself having curly hair knew what to do and I was excited to see my hair at the end, even though I only got a trim. I’m beyond happy with this place that made my entire week and would recommend it to ANYONE.

The signs says walk-in’s welcome, but we were clearly not welcome. The lady took one look at us and decided they were full for the night. Mind you, they didn’t close for another hour and there was not a single person waiting. What an awful experience. Every kid should be able to get a haircut, but you took one look and said NOPE. Do better, our community deserves it.

I’m so upset I made appointment at 3pm for trim with layers and highlights to help blend gray. Dana the stylist overbooked herself and started to rush my highlights as another coustmer walked out from waiting then she let my hair over process while she worked on another coustmer she didn’t go to my roots on some parts my cut is choppy and dose not blend, my color is spotty and looks more gray then blonde when I was trying to hide gray I’m 35 not 50 but look 50 after leaving there. When I tried to tell her I wasn’t liking it she said we could at 5 at this time it was 6 I was there from 3-6 and charged 199.74 for highlights and lowlights that I didn’t get iv cried all night and this morning I’m going back for full refund today I’m so embarrassed to even go outside because of how bad it looks. So disappointed.
