My son and I had been going to mike for about 4 months and he gives a good haircut. I made an appt in the morning for 1230 (myself) and 530 (my son) because we had a wedding to go to. I had an urgent work meeting that came up and called Mike at 1130 to let him know that I needed to reschedule. I rescheduled in the app but then he cancelled both appointments at 3 leaving me barely no time to find an alternative. Just tried to book again and he cancelled it right away. Seems like bad business and I also referred people to him but I guess that doesn’t hold any weight when all you care about is money and not customer service
