To day was my first time coming to LGFG barber shop. I went to Sam the barber. All I can really say is the man is highly skilled with them clippers. I can tell he takes pride in his trade, and pays close attention to detail. I recommend anyone who wants to get a high quality cut just ask for that man sam.

I’ve been to this location twice for hair cutting appointments with Eddie. The first time I went, he was on the phone using a Bluetooth and was distracted the whole time. My dad was there watching him cut my hair, and as it was our first time there, we were totally disappointed with the lack of good customer service. The second time I went, I specifically told him what to do with my hair, and he did the complete opposite, leaving me with a buzzcut that was one inch all around and absolutely no choice to even potentially fix it, because all my hair was GONE. It was so embarrassing to walk around like that, especially because I was not expecting to leave LGFG looking like that. As the owner of such a business, please learn how to respect your clients instead of being distracted while working on them and instead of doing the complete opposite of what they ask. Anyone can use clippers, but there are other components to running a barbershop. I’ll never go there again, and I highly suggest all of you to look for somewhere better to cut your hair.

Very disappointed with one of the barbers. I have been taking my son here for awhile and the professionalism it’s there. Horrible customer service, they don’t acknowledge you when you walk in. Long story short the barber put a huge gash in my sons haircut that he’s growing out. And the haircut is very uneven. I’ve reached out to him several times for a refund because it’s not worth $17 and the thing that made me more upset is that he didn’t say anything nor apologize for leaving it like that or responding to my text messages. I will not be recommending this place more taking my son back.
