Went in to get lash extensions for the first time, expecting a good experience but was let down. The technician who did my lashes must have taped wrong because for the majority of the appointment it hurt. And immediately after it was hard for me to see. During she talked about her glue not working properly and pulled one of my lashes. Now 3 days later I’m really starting to see how messed up it is, several fans have multiple lashes in them and the inner corner on my left eye was poking me. It was connected to two lashes, one at an angle, and it came out painfully while I was brushing them. And my other inner corner has a lash with two in it as well and is also poking my eye now. I debated leaving a review but after this I feel like people should be wary. At this price point you’d expect a good service and to be happy with it.

My long time artist moved (she was the owner of her company) so I was looking for someone good and thorough to take over my lashes. I called and booked with Kailei. I explained I like hybrid lashes and I always get a 1.5 hour, 2 week fills…My lashes take that long every single time. I got to my appointment and Kailei was late coming out to get me…no biggie. From that moment on it was a rush for her to get done and go pick up her car from the shop. She didn’t ask anything of how I like my lashes so I showed her a picture, crossing my fingers she could see what my last artist used previously. During my appointment she asked if she could make a phone call…no biggie because she would do a thorough job right? no. She finished in 45 minutes which is more of a mini fill but she charged me full price….that hit me wrong. It would be one thing if she said she only had time for a mini but to pretend she did a full fill was a bit tacky. In all fairness I did text her to let her know how I was feeling and she did offer to get me in again. I thought about it but after feeling unimportant on the first trip in I knew she wasn’t a fit for me. I wish her luck and hope she takes my review as something positive to learn from for the next new person coming in. As the saying goes, You never get a second chance to make a first impression.

Love getting my lashes done and the stylists are skilled and make good recommendations to try, and they have a ton of lengths, curl and width variety in addition to application type. I like that it’s easy to get an appt and the place is clean and consistent, lots of beds.
