I made the decision to visit Look 101 for Natural Beaded Rows (NBR) extensions after coming across Dariann’s page advertising the NBR method for naturally curly/wavy hair. (Usually, NBR advertising shows the extensions on women with straight or slightly wavy hair, so I didn’t even know it could be worn curly!) I love that Dariann caters to different hair textures and knows exactly how to place the rows based on how you prefer to style and wear your hair. NBR is definitely an investment, but as far as the process goes, I felt Dariann’s pricing was reasonable and I appreciated that she gave me an estimate up front. I debated spending the money on professional extensions for years while wearing clip-ins, and I can confidently say now that even with the cost, they are so worth it. From start to finish, I could tell how much attention to detail Dariann put into my hair. In our initial email exchange, she was able to look at pictures of my current hair to recommend the specific length and number of rows of extensions I’d need to accomplish my goal hair. She colored my hair and the extension hair exactly how I’d hoped and placed the rows so that they don’t show at all, not even in a ponytail! She is also great at blending the extensions into your own hair so it looks natural. I asked several questions to understand what she was doing at different stages during my appointment, and she was kind and thorough in answering them. My hair has seriously never been better and I feel a million times more confident. After sending photos of hair color options back and forth, and discussing ideas, I was confident when I went in for my appointment.
