I had my nails done today. The girl went way too fast with the drill. My fingers felt like they were on fire. My cuticles bleed. They initially only saw 1 bleeding and put something on that one. I actually had 6 cuticles bleeding by the time I left. I kept saying ouch, if that wasn’t a clue enough. Now those 6 fingers are red. Praying I don’t get an infection. I did not see them sanitize the drill bits after this. Which makes me think were they clean before me? Am I going to get Hepatitis from this? Worried! I left a big tip since I paid for my daughter’s also but I am not going back!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI sat down to get my pedicure and before I could even hit the switch to what I like on the massage chair she was already starting to paint my toenails. Barely went over my feet to get the dead skin off and did absolutely no massaging whatsoever I even made the comment this is the quickest pedicure I have EVER received & have been getting my nails done and pedicures for 15 plus years. I then switched chairs to get my full set put on and they do not know how to do ombre gel polish, so I just said okay and picked out a polish color. I told her I wanted almond-shaped she made them completely round & turned one of my cuticles into bloody hamburger meat and didn’t even apologize for it. I wouldn’t even give this place one star if I could. Critical: QualityThey do great foot work. But they mail jobs they do are awful on the hands. They grind your cuticles off instead of soaking them and pushing them back. They rush, they do not take there time. This is the first time I’ve ever gotten my nails done and I’m so upset about this. They cut me multiple times. 1/10 not happy.Services: Pedicure, Manicure
