I recommend do not go there!!!! They have Poor customer service!!!!! An employee messed up my toe nails really bad and did not want to fix them! He grabbed my feet really hard and started treating me terrible after I asked him to fix his mistake!! Instead of fixing his work he decided to remove my acrylic. Also

Worst experience at a salon ive ever had. Tech wouldnt stop digging into my toes and made me bleed. Had to re do the polish because it was in globs and all over my skin. I didnt get the manicure I had scheduled for my work trip because of how bad the pedicure was and my toes still hurt ten minutes later. First time I havent tipped in over 10 years of going to salons every two weeks. Do not go, you will regret it.

I LOVE Longwood Nails & Spa! I will only get my nails done here. The technicians are so nice and I’ve had my nails.done by all three. I’ve always loved them! I’ve tried other places in the area (before I found here) and I was extremely disappointed. I won’t go anywhere else now! My work schedule is very unpredictable which makes it hard for me to make an appointment. Longwood Nails & Spa is always accommodating and I have never had an issue getting in or waiting a little bit. I love them!

I visited this place for the first time yesterday and the decor is amazing! The people are very friendly. Jade did my nails, she is a ball of energy. She is very detailed. The prices are reasonable and they are hosting a special for 20% off until Jan 1. Ill be back in two weeks

Absolutely love this hidden Jem! They actually talk to you and get to know you personally. Very creative! Minh and Vic are amazing people. I left my old tech because Longwood nails has better product and loads of SNS colors. My nails lasted 3 weeks no breaks!
