Critical: ProfessionalismI brought a pair of boots in, the shoe repair man guaranteed me I would have it out fast because all I needed was elastic added to my boots. I come back a week later which is the time I was told to pick it up. NOTHING was done!! I had a photoshoot scheduled 4 days later, no one would take it for me because it’s last minute now thanks to him. He wasnt even at work when I went to pick the boots up. I wasnt given an explanation or anything.
