If I could give a negative star I would. All I wanted was the foot massage for $25 I sat on the little stool and the man tells me you do full body 30 min foot and 30 min back and shoulders I said no it’s ok and he said no you do so I caved instead of causing a issue. He put my feet in a bucket that was scalding hot after he saw only half my feet in he asked if it was too hot and then made it cooler. It only got worse from there. After my feet were in the water he told me I had to go into the other room. He said ok so I started to lay down and he like giggles and calls a lady in to tell me to take my clothes off which completely threw me off because that is not ehat I wanted by any means. She told me I could leave on my underwear so I thought underwear meant A bra and undies. Well I laid down with my bra and underwear on and a towel over me and he came in and started to rub my neck but my hair was down so it was just scratching my neck. He went to rub my shoulders and saw I had on a bra and he said ugh no no you take this off. My fault I should’ve said no. But I did it anyway. Do he’s like gently rubbing like you would pet your dog and I’m thinking he’s just warming up. NOPE !!!! He literally pet me like a dog around my whole body for an hour. Not a gull hour because he stepped out about 6 times and answered 2 phone calls while still petting me with the towel so far down I think my butt crack was exposed. He tried to rub my neck like by my collar bone and I’m not sure if he thought I was a doll with no feelings or what but from petting me like a dog he went to the other extreme which was pushing his knuckles do hard into my neck that o actually flinched twice from pain. His deep breathing was horrible to listen to. Not relaxing. I felt so uncomfortable. Almost embarassed. I will never be back I will tell everyone not to go there. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Made me get a service for 10 more dollars that o didn’t want in the first place. Oh I almost forgot at the end he was trying to loosen up my feet or legs that he picked up both of my feet and started the like shake them up and down to the point that my whole body was moving. So embarrassing. And one more thing. They use oil to rub and instead of massaging it all in when he was done with that section he got a wet hot towel that spelt like pee and scrubbed the oil off ! Scrubbed like almost exfoliated but with a harsh towel. Omg I just can’t believe how horrible this was.

This is the worst foot spa on the Island. The woman I had moved slow and was on her cell phone the entire time while I was getting my treatment. She took 5 phone personal phone calls. After the 2nd one I said I am here to relax. She hung up and took another 3 calls.

I HAD A MISERABLE TIME AT THIS PLACE. I FELT LIKE I WAS BEING HIT BY A WRECKING BALL THIS DID NOT FEEL LIKE ANY MASSAGE I EVER HAD. SHE DIDN’T KNOW WHAT SHE WAS DOING. IT WAS VERY PAINFUL SHE KEPT PINCHING ME INSTEAD OF MASSAGE. SHE DIDN’T YOU ANY MASSAGE OIL.SHE MASSAGED THROUGH TOWEL AT FIRST .NO FABRIC SOFNER WAS SCRATING HOLE TIME.I COULD GO ON . BOTTOM LINE AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE
