Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis was my first time visiting this salon, they came recommended from friends so I tried it out, the service was terrible, my nails are already chipping, they only been done for a week. They lady doing my nails was so ruff, rude an kept stopping to go to other customers an do their nails, she was mad she had to soak off 2 nails on my hand as she was trying to rip them off an I was in tears it hurt so bad. I had a manicure and pedicure there today. The staff was very attentive and did a great job. They spent a lot of time with me and the experience wasn’t rushed. I opted to go with the gel coat and there were tons of colors to choose from. It was a great experience.

I have waited for over an hour now and they have very slow service. I guess it was worth the wait! They did an awesome job on my manicure! I got a French manicure and it is so pretty! I reccomend more workers there because the service is pretty slow but it is worth the wait! I reccomend the guy there he did the best job!

Me & my friend visited today because we was recommended by others but i walked in knowing what i wanted & the tech did the total opposite. Simple solid pink & blue . Blue on four nails & pink on a ring finger . She did ombré because she suggested it took less time to dry . I denied & she still ended up doing the ombré & adding jewelry by the time she was finished she said 74 dollars i never walked out of a shop paying more than 50$ for simple nails! Acrylic with two colors. They do what they want not what you want yourself never again will i be back

The older lady didn’t treat me like her other customers… she rushed while doing my feet.. the younger lady working there is the BEST!!! If I were to ever go back I would wait for her ! The service is super slow. Although, I can’t remember the guys name he does great acrylic… he just walks off at any giving time… they are under staffed!!
