This place is horrible, i asked for acrylic short white nails and they didn’t do it correctly. The lady gave me regular polished and when i told her she did it incorrect and lied and said they were closing. The rest of the night they were open. they were jus lazy and didn’t wanna redo my nails. Manicure

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityAmazing place! Been going here for over 15 years current owner Jen and previous owners. Great staff if they do something I don’t like when I mention it to them they will change it. Great prices best little salon around compared to others who are a lot more expensive. Great protocols in place during Covid to help keep customer and staff safe. They are taking a lot more appointments than walk-ins so there’s not as many people inside at once. Highly recommended nail salon! I’ve never had an issue with this place. Remember everyone they can’t fix something you’re unhappy with if you don’t speak up, don’t wait until they finish to say something. Jen and staff treat their customers like family. Amazing place! Been going here for over 15 years current owner Jen and previous owners. Great staff if they do something I don’t like when I mention it to them they will change it. I went there for a simple Acrylic nails with black nail polish and a white fire design and the lady working there told me my nails were too small for the design and may a completely different design and it wasn’t even a good design. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’m new to the area and decided to give this nail salon a try. My service was a full set of gel nails & gel polish. The lady that serviced me applied the gel so thick that the outcome was horrific. It looked as if I had multiple fake nails applied to my nail bed. That’s exactly how thick my nails are. I advised her I wasn’t satisfied and she made excuses. She said that’s the normal thickness. I explained to her that I’ve had this service for years from other salons She also had difficulty polishing my nails. She repeatedly had to polish my nails & then clean up the excess polish. She clearly was not experienced, and if she’s an intern someone should have been monitoring her work. My intentions were to get a pedicure and my eyebrows done, but the nail experience was enough. Needless to say, I paid the $45.00 but I will not be returning. The other techs clearly heard our conversation, however no one attempted to get up to see if they could assist. Critical: ProfessionalismVery very poor service. Went there for the first time and it’s the LAST!!! The lady doing my manicure and pedicure was so rough she hurt my toe it was bleeding and now it’s swollen I can’t put on shoes and they are expensive for no reason. Just normal nail color no gel no nothing they charge $45!!!

Don’t waste your time and money!! Service is very very poor. I went to have a mother daughter nail date today and decided to try this place since I’d never been. When I entered, I was not greeted warmly. A tech that was working on someone Barely looked up at me and just simply said “what do you need?”. I was immediately turned off by that but decided to stay and see if it would get better. Then another tech who was sitting in the back on one of the pedicure chairs eating, told me to pick my color. She then came up to the front. I explained to her that I wanted a manicure for my daughter and a full set for myself. My daughter sat down super excited to get her nails done. The nail technician looked so bothered and irritated to have to do her nails. She then suggested that instead of a manicure we simply just paint her nails. I told her that I wanted my daughter to have the full experience so could she please do the manicure. She then grabbed my daughters hands and made a grimace. She stood up and and angrily grabbed a bowl of water and came and sat back down. At this point I felt very uncomfortable and was contemplating whether not I should leave. It seemed that we were a bother and she wasn’t interested in performing the services we requested. So at that point I decided to leave. I figured if I’m going to spend my money somewhere I’d rather it be at a place that welcomes Customers instead of making them feel like they’re a burden. I put my daughters coat on and told her we’d go somewhere else. I thanked her, smiled politely and then left. As I was leaving the nail technician stated “what happened what’s wrong?” And I simply said that’s OK thank you we’re going to go somewhere else. I have never been made to feel that way by any nail salon. It’s a shame because they are very close to where I live, but that is the most awful service that I have ever received. I would not recommend this place at all.

My nail tech is Jenny and she always takes care of my nails. Due to my job I often travel a lot and have to get my nails done wherever I am so there has been a few times where Jen has to do her magic and repair someone else’s work. I travel from Baltimore to get my nails done by her and it’s absolutely worth it.

I have never had a problem and if I needed a repair the owner of the shop would make the quick repair. I am always complemented on my nails by coworkers and just people admiring my nails.
