Ok everyone I am the pickiest person when it comes to my nails and i have never been happier with them. They are literally perfectly shaped and they actually take their time and have exceptional attention to detail! Plus .the prices were so affordable! I will drive from Sarasota to palmetto for sam to do my nails… it’s worth it.

The older guy who did my nails took forever and it seemed longer in an awkward setting listening to an employee listening to videos on her phone near the door with it open! Critical: Quality, ValueI went to this nail shop for the 4.0 star rating. Well I was very disappointed. My nails were filed crooked, lumpy acrylic and polish was all on my cuticle when she sat me down to dry. My friends nails were misshapen and acrylic no where near the cuticle line. I went to this nail shop for the 4.0 star rating. Well I was very disappointed. My nails were filed crooked, lumpy acrylic and polish was all on my cuticle when she sat me down to dry. My friends nails were misshapen and acrylic no where near the cuticle line. I paid only because I respect hustle and she was the only person working. Just went there yesterday got there around 5:40 and didn’t leave till almost 10 o’clock. Payed 80 for my feet and hands. The guy did really good on my toes even though he took more then 20 minutes to prepare himself. He took his time and did a good job. On the other hand when I got my nails done, I told Kim I wanted glow in the dark nails but I guess she didn’t have the powder for it and instead she offered to do ombré nails. While she was drilling my nails, she went up to my cuticles and they were bleeding. (My friend had the same experience but hers were bad) Mind you I had gotten acrylics, while she was doing that she went over my skin. Since she did ombré she didn’t blend them well and she didn’t drill the acrylics well and I had bumps. On the other hand I don’t mind the little kids being there and I know there job to take care of them as parents but once something happens to them they take more then 20 minutes to come back.
