Long Foot Massage

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityUPDATE: A few hours after our appointment both my bf and my back are covered in bruises!!! That is unacceptable.I went in with my bf and he asked them not to touch his feet and they still touched his feet and didn’t listen. When they would ask him if they were going to deep he would say yes and they would continue to go that deep. I didn’t say anything because I knew it wasn’t going to make a difference but my bf was in quite a bit of pain during what was supposed to be a relaxing massage. At the end they also asked for a tip which I find a little rude and unprofessional because if we don’t find the service to be good we won’t tip or we won’t tip as much. If you want good tips you have to provide good service. UPDATE: A few hours after our appointment both my bf and my back are covered in bruises!!! That is unacceptable.

Critical: CommunicationStaff were Asian, and wearing masks. I am hard of hearing and wear hearing aids. When I entered their premises they gestured to me to wear a mask. To do I have to remove my hearing aids, otherwise they get dislodged. As a result, I could not understand one word of what they were saying. I believe they could understand me, and I explained my hearing problems. Unfortunately, with their masks, and heavy Asian accent, when they spoke to me, the words were just garbled. They pointed to a laminated sheet that they had, that listed their various services and pricing. When I asked what the different services entailed, I could not understand what they were sayinhg.
