There I was leaving my doctor’s appointment yesterday when I was chatting with the receptionist about how great her curl pattern is. Her and the other receptionist highly recommended LoneStar. I live about 40min from this salon but was up in the area so I stopped in yesterday to check it out. They were able to squeeze me in with Penny today. (I was a year overdue for a cut). And dear Penny chopped my curls like I asked and they look so much happier now! The staff were super nice and everyone seemed happy to be there. Penny was fabulous, so friendly and it never seemed forced. And the girl has SKILLS in her shampoo game I would recommend her off the scalp massage itself. Anyways 10/10 recommend giving this salon a try. Very clean. Very organized. Although they are on the second floor so that may be challenging for some.

I had my first appointment at Lone Star salon a few weeks ago and loved it. The salon was ver nice and clean. I had a wonderful experience with Lindsey. She was wonderful! Not only did she do a great job with my hair, she was so nice and fun to chat with during the appointment. I have difficult hair and am always terrified when I go to a new salon but Lindsey made my worries vanish. She took time to listen to what I was looking for in a cut and made sure we were on the same page. The results were perfect! I look forward to going back!

Finally found my go to salon! I forgot to post about my amazing service in October 2021. I got a balayage & bob cut from Micaela (hope I spelled that correct) for my birthday. I couldn’t be happier with the results. The salon is very modern and cozy. Plenty of products available as well!

The good thing is they got me in last minute. Unfortunately it didn’t go the best after that. I wanted a partial foil, deep conditioning and trim. I told the girl I wanted it very light and chunky so as it grew out it would cover my gray. As I have done before. The trim was great but my foil nobody can even tell I’ve had anything done. It is very red brassy color and it’s been 2 days. Not only that it was over $250 which is ridiculous. I never asked for a scalp massage or anything else. Very unhappy. Won’t go there again.

Talented stylists, clean space. They listened to what we wanted. Pricing a bit on the high side. There is a sense they are trying to sell you their products (complete with setting them on the counter when you pay, without being asked if you are looking for products) but just say no thanks and they don’t push it beyond that.

Not only are all the stylist amazing, but they are the most caring group of ladies that I have had the pleasure of interacting with. I am a disabled senior, and they are always very accommodating. . Today was my first time going to this salon. I relocated to the area from Seattle and needed to find a new stylist. I gets my roots touched up every 4-5 weeks, as I am much to young to be flashing the grays ;o) so I was in need of someone who could not only do my color, but match what was already there. I had Liz and was absolutely delighted! She is friendly, knowledgeable, gentle, caring and a great communicator! Rather than rushing me through, (which is what I’d grown used to in Seattle) Liz took her time and made the whole experience a relaxing one and made sure I was comfortable. I am looking forward to going back in a month!

I got lash extensions and a facial from Megan. He lash extensions were exactly what I asked for and looked amazing every time! I also had a basic facial so that I could see what products I would need at home to help my dry skin. She recommended an amazing set for me to take home and my skin has never felt better! The girls at the salon are always welcoming and sweet and make me feel right at home ☺️
