Critical: Professionalism, QualityI have gone here 3 times and all 3 times I walk put upset. They got 3 or 4 clients going at the same time if I go to pay for someone to get nails done I expect for them to be with me and me only. Their nail polish seems old. The last time I went I got shellac and it start coming off the same night , so much for 2 weeks worth of nail polish. I have gone here 3 times and all 3 times I walk put upset. They got 3 or 4 clients going at the same time if I go to pay for someone to get nails done I expect for them to be with me and me only. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI waited nearly an hour (we called ahead and she said come in 30 mins, which we did) however that was not an issue to me I knew it would be busy.I am making this review as I have never been so uncomfortable in a salon, my nail tech (an older lady) was incredibly rude, she had no attention to her work or even displayed wanting to be there. She lasted maybe 10 mins, I walked in with two other people and theirs was about 30 mins. This place has a rep for not having decent service as several people stated that they make sure to stay away from it. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueVicky Ly is very professional, sweet, and an expert and what she does. She took excellent care of my mom’s feet and her nail fill. My mom and I are exceptionally pleased with the quality of work and service received. We would highly recommend to anyone. 5 star service!Service: Pedicure
