Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI patronized the old Village Barber Shop for over 30 years and never needed to have an appointment there. Changes in ownership there gave the shop a great new look inside but no longer can the accept walk-ins, U travel a lot in my business and never know when I’ll be in town or how my customers might be need my services during my appointment and cause me to cancel. I found that this shop can take walk ins as well as making an appointment on their website. The appointment can be changed or cancelled with a minimum of two hour notice. On my first visit I was served by Rachael and I got a great haircut at a reasonable cost. Best of both worlds here for us folks that have a volatile business and need some flexibility. I used their on line appointment this time and it was easy to do. The shop is full of barbers so there is no room for customers to wait. Waiting is done outside of the shop and they simply call you when ready.
