If you want to wait in a line for 40-50minutes,than this is the place to go. I don’t have issues with doctors, but wait time is insane there. On my first visit I was waiting for one hour! On second visit -45minutes. On third one-40 minutes. They don’t respect your time! Please avoid by all means! Do not recommend

Robert was extremely nice and helpful to me and my hair situation. I even recommended my dad to get treatment from him. Also he was very informative and concerned about my lack of hearing so he made sure I could hear him very well. Robert your awesome and I’ll send as many friends and family your way!

I have been a long time patient of Dr. Orme. He always takes the time to answer any concerns that I may have. He is kind and professional and I trust his recommendations for all of my skincare needs and concerns. His office staff are friendly and it’s never a problem to get in and be seen within a reasonable amount of time! I have recommended him to friends and family for years.

I am a new patient here, when I called to setup my first appointment I was told the dermatologist was booked for 2 months but I could see a physician assistant within 2 weeks. The PA was able to look at my skin and offer many suggestions to help my acne. He prescribed me 2 medications and helped me find the best price in the valley. Overall great experience!

If you want diluted Botox this is the place for you! Long wait times and rude staff. I gave the doctor two chances but when the Botox only lasts a month each time it’s time to move on. I’m not new to this treatment and it always lasts 3-4 months but not at this facility. Shame on them.

Let me start out by saying that I have been going to this office for 8+ years. Gordon Day is awesome and that is why I continued to go, but every single time I went in for an appointment I was always bothered by how long the wait was. 15 minutes was a good wait time in this office which is not normal.

Worst billing experiences ever! Children seen here are listed as the responsible party (ages 8 & 11 – what doctor office does that!) and when I pay on their accounts at their visits, they routinely post a credit to my account because I am the one paying – even though I wasn’t the one seen. Then they send my children to collections for not having made copays ($15 “overdue balances”) all the while I am racking up a credit on my account. This is a routine error and has become commonplace. It takes 30 minutes to 1 hour each time they do this to “correct” the problem – prove payments were made, call my bank, then prove it to their billing company AND then they say – oh! Well, that payment is posted to your account & you have a credit! Would you like us to transfer that to the other accounts? Duh. Of course – that was where they were supposed to be in the first place! I have decided to switch doctors as a result of this constant problem. I do not have 1 hour extra to spend sorting out their problems every time I have taken one of my children to their clinic. Worst of all is when they finish these phone calls with me they say I am mean (of course! I am frustrated!) and they were just trying to “assist me” – really? I am the one assisting them! I should be on their payroll for figuring out where they continue to make an error & not once an apology for wasting my time.

Office staff is really pushy, to the point where you feel like you’re being harassed. Maybe they are tight on money, because they seem more concerned with IMMEDIATE payment than any medical facility I’ve ever visited. The PA also has no memory of anything from previous visits, no matter how many times you see him.

Zero respect for your time. Went to get a mole looked at, waited 45+ minutes for my appt (just with the PA, not even the doctor). Went back for a follow up appointment, and after waiting 45 minutes again, just ended up leaving and will not be returning. Receptionist called me 50 minutes after my appointment time asking where I was, I was like, um, my appt was about an hour ago. It’s disrespectful to expect patients to just sit around for an hour after their appointment time.

Dr Stephen Anderson is the best! My boys have had a wonderful experience with him. He’s great at explaining and sharing his advice. He takes his time to listen and really gets to know the patient. I would highly recommend him!
