Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have been going here for about 3 years and I am very thankful for my experience here. The ladies have been nothing but professional, attentive, and provided me with excellent service. Whitney usually does my lashes, but I have had my lashes done by Kim and Penny as well. I have never left the salon unhappy.They truly care about their clients and are always giving me friendly tips on how to upkeep my lashes. i also love that everywhere I go I get compliments on my lashes.Their lashes are not the only reason I keep coming back. I have been going here for about 3 years and I am very thankful for my experience here. The ladies have been nothing but professional, attentive, and provided me with excellent service. Whitney usually does my lashes, but I have had my lashes done by Kim and Penny as well. I have never left the salon unhappy.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValuePenny is amazing! I waited after my first couple fills to leave this review although I should have just left it the next day because I could tell right away that I’d found my forever lash spot! I had had a bad experience at a different brow place and Penny filled me up right! She was thorough and I could tell she actually got all of my lashes. She explained best practices while at home and they have this amazing Fresh Start wash that is specifically for your lashes and it works. They have you wash your lashes when you get there. Penny is amazing! I waited after my first couple fills to leave this review although I should have just left it the next day because I could tell right away that I’d found my forever lash spot! I had had a bad experience at a different brow place and Penny filled me up right! She was thorough and I could tell she actually got all of my lashes. Critical: QualityI normally do not do this but I spent way too much money not to be happy with what I paid for. I put a 200 dollar deposit down on microshading. When I did my eyebrows, I ended up getting my lashes done too. I wanted classic lashes for 175. When I went to pay, I was told that I already paid for my lashes and they gave me a deal on volume. I feel you should ask people before you do something like that if you plan on charging them extra money. I paid for my eyebrows which was 595. I was taxed. Never been taxed on beauty services or tattoos in my life. I spent almost 800 on my eyebrows. You are supposed to get a mandatory touch up. My right eyebrow is gone, my eyebrows are all spotty and I am being told that I need to pay 200 to do the touch up that fixes what I already paid for. I tried reaching out with no response about my eyebrows and the 200 I was being asked to spend. I have reported this to the BBB and am disputing my transaction. This isn’t right. I have also been there while a poor woman called stating that she had to cancel because she was exposed to covid and did not want to get her pregnant daughter sick. THEY MADE HER PAY FOR CANCELING. We live in a time where this is unexpected. That should not have happened. This sucks because I really liked them. Loved their vibe, listening to murder mysteries. But what they did was wrong.
