Lomilomi is a uniquely holistic approach that is designed to help integrate body and spirit and is effective for anxiety, stress reduction as well as relief of muscular tension. Clients report feeling deeply relaxed and yet energized after a lomilomi session, making it especially useful as grief or bereavement massage. As a retired RN and trained End-of-Life Doula I have a steady and calming presence. Aromatherapy and reiki are available at no additional charge if desired. I offer a 30% discount for patients undergoing cancer therapy and bedside support for fragile or hospice patients.

I was looking somewhere local for a massage after a lot of tension in my neck and lower back. I saw a message on a local Facebook group for Lomilomi Massage in Narberth. I made an appointment over an email exchange with Roberta and the massage was AMAZING. The Lomi technique really confuses the mind during a massage so your mind begins to focus less on how much time is being worked on certain areas. Instead, in addition to your body melting into the table, your mind begins to melt and focus purely on the enjoyment of the massage. I have now had half a dozen massages from Roberta. The office is very private and accommodating and she is extremely communicative with excellent availability. The only reason I would not highly recommend this is I selfishly do not want it to become overbooked. Great local business!
