I have been seeing Brianna for years now and could not recommend her more! She does the best blonde I have ever seen and is the only one I can trust to get my perfect platinum blonde every single time. She listens to her clients wants and exceeds expectations every time. We’ve experimented with color, as well as her doing my hair for my wedding which came out absolutely perfect! The salon is beautiful, prices are great, and her talent speaks for itself, definitely try her out ASAP!

My 1st impression of the salon was great. Very clean and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. I was able to go in the same day to get a trim and on that same day I met the owner Brianna and we discussed possible hair extensions. She gave me her cellphone number and a few weeks later I contacted her and made the appointment to get my extensions. The total cost was $540, Inc tip. When I left the salon I felt pretty good but They looked a bit bulky and they weren’t blending with my real hair. I decided to wait it out to let them “mold” to my hair. A few days later I noticed the top left row was coming off and to make it worse I noticed she used a blonde thread so you can see the thread throughout my whole head because my hair is Very dark Brown. She had left a few unsnipped pieces so it was obvious- not a good look. However, she was very accommodating and fixed it in less than 10 min and even suggested if I didn’t like it she would redo the whole thing over again, and with dark thread to match my hair. A few days later the same thing happened but to the bottom row so once again she was accommodating and I went in and she fixed it in less than 10 minutes. This Happened a 3rd time a few days later and I told her the top piece was falling out and the bottom was loose. She questioned me like it was my fault. My scalp was now irritated and I felt the extensions were pulling on my scalp and hair- not a comfortable feeling. Brianna was not so friendly on this 3rd Occasion and got annoyed and snapped that she would give me my $100 initial investment for the installation and that I should find another stylist that would “make me happy”. I responded This has nothing to do with making me happy. The falling extensions are irritating and pulling on my scalp. I was going away for 4 days so the fact that she sent me to another stylist was off-putting. All she had to do was take the time to redo the whole thing because CORRECTLY. there were many aspects of her work that are wrong:

Plain and simple you won’t find a better hair salon. The owner, Brianna is a hair goddess, her training and experience is like none other. I got recommended to her a few years ago from a friend and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Her salon is so nice and clean and her prices are reasonable. She opened for me on a Sunday, her day off, to do my hair so I wouldn’t have to drive in the snow for my scheduled Saturday appointment. She has always been able to make my hair vision a reality.
