All the staff is very professional and very kind and very friendly.I have had my eyelashes permed by Carrie a few times… and I love the results.I had permanent eyeliner done by Leyen, and it is absolutely wonderful.I am 57 years old, and the eyesight, and steady hand isn’t what it used to be. It’s amazing to wake up in the morning, put on a little eyeshadow, and mascara, and walk out the door in less than 3 minutes.No more messed up/thick eyeliner… And no more pinching of my eyelids from the eyelash curler.Thank you Loma Spa: Leyen and Carrie, for making me look good in the morning in less than 3 minutes.I could not be happier with a Loma spa. Can’t give enough stars in my review for Nina! She has been doing my lashes for the last couple of months and I’m so happy with them. I don’t shed as many lashes as I used to in between my visits (I’m on a 3-week schedule for fills), she takes her time with lash prep and is patient and gentle with removal of any outgrown lashes, and most importantly she is thorough and thoughtful in considering the shape of your eyes and face so that she can design the best placement and look for you.

This is my first time coming to this place. Vivian helped me out with my pedicure and Toby helped me out with my gel manicure. Environment was more of a relaxing spa than a regular nail places. The host walked through and talked about everything they’re doing, I think they even have an app you can download to make future appointments. The pedicure was relaxing, and I definitely wish for more of it. Vivian did a great job at taking care of my feet gently unlike other I’ve had that aggressively dig into my toes. The manicure was pretty neat and clean, Toby was fast and concentrated on the job. I’ve been to a few other places in that holds similar standards so I think this is a place where if you want to treat yourself once in awhile. I’m sure there are regulars, but I will wait and see how the permanent product holds and see if I want to return. 🙂

I made an appointment for a facial with Carrie three weeks in advance. It took a while for me to take the next step in booking because I’m new to the area and didn’t know what places to go to for a good facial. Facials are expensive and I don’t want to waste my money. When I got there, Vi checked me in. She was very sweet and so accommodating. Carrie met me exactly at my appointment time. She got to know me and figured out that the facial that I booked wouldn’t be good for my first time. She then recommended a different facial, which is almost triple the price than the original peel that I wanted to do, but I did it anyways because I immediately felt the trust in her.

I went for my first facial here yesterday day and if I could give 1000 stars, I would. The COVID procedure is that you wait outside the establishment until your appointment time. Your esthetician will take your temperature and then ask you to sanitize your hands.
