I don’t normally write reviews but I had an awful experience here, after we sat down the manager approached us and stated we were only scheduled for pedicures and they would not have time to give us manicures. I assured her that I booked both and confirmed on the phone but she continued to argue before leaving and returning to say that she was wrong and both were indeed booked. She then stated the polish I chose took longer so I should have booked extra time, then blamed me for arriving 15 minutes late (this was my first time so I called to let them know I had trouble finding the place). Ended up with no polish and was very disappointed in this place I wanted to love. I do not recommend due to the extremely uncomfortable and chaotic environment the manager caused.

Gem of a nail studio, comfortable, casual, and a great non-toxic place perfect for mothers to bring their daughters. Biz makes all its own scrubs, (really good) soaks and oils with organic and natural ingredients and use healthier polish. What a treat.

I was so excited to take my daughter to this salon to have mother and daughter manicures and pedicures. We actual visited the salon last year. I was looking for salon that had less toxic products. I also, this salon used natural nail products. I have been trying to schedule an appointment when we are in the Costa Mesa area. This time we got an appointment for both us. My expectations were not met. I do not mind paying more money for manicures and pedicures that are exceptional quality but this nail salon is over priced for the services they provide. The women who worked on my manicure nicked two of my cuticles. I really felt the sting an hour later. Luckily, I had an ointment in my first aid kit to put on the cuticles. She reapplied polish because when I went to reach in my purse the nails were not completely dry even though I waited 20 minutes. When I got home, I notices that nail color is not sooth and the tips of a few nails is coming off already after a few hours. I am really disappointed. We had 2 people working on each of us. Our nail salon experience only lasted for 30 minutes. Seems they were in a hurry to get us done. My pedicure was good. My daughter liked her pedicure and manicure. She also wished that staff would have spent more time on us rather than hurrying. No one really talked to us during our appointment. Good one way., it was quiet. But bad, no personal contact with new clients. It had a different vibe since the last time we were in the salon to check it out. Does seem that they do more appointments for gels. Maybe new management operativing the salon. Will not be a repeat client.

I hesitate to review this gem because I don’t want it to get too popular. This nail studio is clean and professional. They use 5 free nail polishes and even offer a cbd pedicure service. I always leave with my toes done perfectly. Customer service is great!
