This place ruined my daughters hair and when we told them the length she wanted it, they still kept on going and chopping her hair, and another time when I was 5 minuets late to my other daughters appointment these peoplesaid that they canceled her appointment overall horrible.

Normally love this place. I drive all the way from Martinez because my kids are comfortable here. I called as a courtesy to let them know I was a few minutes late for our appointment (literally 5 minutes) so if there was an appointment after us then they can take them first. I figured I was being nice and the lady in the phone was super rude about it. Pretty much done going here, I’ll find somewhere closer to my house.

Awesome shop, totally kid friendly atmosphere and staff! My little 14 month old boy bounced around a little toy car while a sweet stylist cut his hair and managed not to nick him…despite all of his moving around. She succeeded to give my son a nice haircut and Richie was happy:-) Great little package for a first haircut, a Polaroid on a certificate with a lock of hair attached. Awesome!

I have been to other places for my kids haircuts but lollipop is by far the best one. My 2 year old is always a challenge but at lollipop they make it so easy. The ladies there are so amazing and great with these kids. Thank you ladies for taking care of David and Savanna.

My 2 year old, his the most difficult when it comes to hair cut✂ but this place is the BEST!!!! they let him puck or the chair, which is a car. Then they put a movie!!! Perfect!!!

Brought my 2 year old for the second time here, was not very satisfied with the service. The lady kept grabbing my kids head in a strange way that made him get very uncomfortable and my kid started giving us a tantrum. Did not get what I expected, still gave her a tip but will not be returning here ever again.

Had my sons first hair cut there. Mind you my child is 3 and never has his hair cut in a salon, I have only cut it with clippers. I told the woman that this was his frist time ans she kept telling him “its just a hair cut” “why you acting like this its just a hair cut”. My son was FREAKING OUT crying and screaming. SHE HELD HIM DOWN TO FINISH CUTTING HIS HAIR!!!! she shouldnt be working with children! Specially when its their first time and are scared! I shouldnt have even paid the $15!!! I will give the place a second chance but this Russian woman will not be anywhere near my child!

Horrible experience!! The owner Kathy butchered my boys hair. The first thing i asked her was to keep the top long. i asked if she knew how to cut a faux hawk She said yes yes of course, no problem. I dont think she was actually listening because she cut the top of his hair soo short – about half a fingers width. She just did her own thing what she knew how to do. If your not going to listen to what your client is asking for or if you don’t know how to do a certain haircut dont tell them you can do it and then do your own thing. I will never go back and do not recommend this place.
