This is the best place I’ve gone to for my son’s haircuts. My child is special needs, and has had a tendency to scream during sitting situations. And haircut time was the hardest thing with him screaming and thrashing all about. Regardless of that, this place still took the time, and did a great job!

Our child hates haircuts all the time. It is refreshing to walk in to a salon where the professionals know what they do. There’s a lot of crying in the beginning but with some prodding about being a big boy, lollipop bribes and instructions for parents (parents please don’t look at your kid, more tantrums if that happens !) we get a nice haircut in the end!! Highly recommend. There is a play area upstairs which is a plus.

The lady who did the haircut was very hard in talking to my 4 year old boy. She was holding his face so tight that my son was scared. She was ordering her with authority to look down or up or straight and I felt bad when she was talking to him. He could not watch the tv for a min while she was giving him a haircut.

We took our daughter to her first haircut today, and it was the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had at a hair salon. My daughter had long gorgeous hair that needed a trim. The lady (whose name I didn’t catch, but was the only one working today), was super unfriendly, asking my kid to keep her head down for the majority of the time.
