Lolita does an amazing job, ensuring she only cuts to the length I’ve asked, texturizing my hair if needed, and giving me tips on hair maintenance. I always love my hair after leaving Lolita’s! Horrible experience. My appointment was scheduled for a Wednesday. When I arrived she said she didn’t have me on the schedule even though we spoke on the phone. We rescheduled for the following Wednesday. When I arrived I brought up the Groupon I purchased. She said she no longer accepts them because “Groupon doesn’t pay her”. She allegedly called them several times to remove her but nobody got back to her. She wouldn’t even start working on my hair because she was worried that my Groupon wouldn’t get redeemed and she would be “working for free”. I was so frustrated with my entire experience that I just walked out. Worst experience ever!!

Excellent experience! Lolita is magical. She took her time getting to know exactly what I was seeking, asking appropriate questions. She explained every step through the entire process of a cut and style, color and highlights, and blow out. She was magical! I went in with thick, long, unruly hair and came out with a fresh new style, light, airy and shiny. Highly recommend!
