I love this place- Catelyn is excellent at what she does! I’ve been going here for waxing for 6 months and enjoy this place- their prices are competitive, everything is clean, and they make you feel very comfortable during your experience. One time, there was some hair missed during my wax, and I called about it the following day and they fixed it right away!

It’s not the fanciest in town but Catelyn trains her staff really well. They’re fast and do a really good job. I go for waxing services. Front desk is always professional and thorough. I’m really impressed and it’s cheap!!! I’m actually really picky too.

I got my hair done here about 1 year ago for my Birthday by Nee. I also got a Brazilian wax done by another associate. Everyone is very nice here. I tried to lighten my hair and was on the fence with getting a Platinum Blonde or Ashtone blonde. Nee suggested we try to get it as light as possible first. After 5 hours, we bleached and had gotten my hair lighter but I guess she forgot to Tone it so it was a bright yellow color. The picture she took for me had a filter so I didn’t know how my hair really looked like until my Husband picked me up and I left the Salon. I still paid for the services and never called to say anything because I felt bad for Nee spending so much of her time and effort on me. She did tell me that we won’t be able to get a good color until the second visit, which she suggested scheduling in 3 weeks but after spending $400 dollars, I wasn’t sure if I wanted to go back. My Husband said my blonde hair looked horrible… and I didn’t learn until later about how Toning is very important. I don’t recall her doing any toning. Lesson learned I guess. 3/5 stars for hair color & cut. But 4/5 stars for good customer service though! 🙂

My 1st time here, they came HIGHLY recommened an i see why! My experience was absolutely top of the line! I got my brazilian wax, a derma facial, and a back treatment. My skin feels AMAZING! Definitely will be back to see Hunter, she was an absolute doll! Felt like I was talking to one of my girlfriends lol thanks boo!

I had a style cut two days ago, a beautiful job by Nee. The following day I noticed a tuft of hair that apparently evaded the razor. I stopped by the shop this morning at 9:30 to see if a stylist could trim this long swatch of hair. The stylist on duty refused even though she has no one in the chair. Her client was under the dryer. This small courtesy would only have taken 2 seconds, yet she couldn’t be bothered and was a friend of Nee’s. I was told to text Née and set up an appointment by the receptionist. If the tuft wasn’t behind my ear and I wasn’t afraid of cutting off my ear,?i wouldn’t have bothered stopping in , in the first place. This is shameful customer service, I have been a customer for more than a year. I asked for the stylist name that wouldn’t help, and was refused this information.
