Lolajoys Powder Room spa for kids

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWe held a birthday party for our 11-year-old at Lola Joy’s and it exceeded my expectations. I was nervous it might be too young, but it was perfect. The girls created their own scrub before experiencing a mani and pedi. They have child-size massage chairs and adorable pink nail stations. I initially thought it would be merely a color change, but it was an age-appropriate mani and pedi. The eight girls also had an adorable updo. The staff kept things moving but we were not rushed. We also had use of a private room off of the kids’ spa. I was told I could decorate it but I didn’t bring anything with me, and no one was the wiser because it is simply and elegantly decorated in the pink and gray theme. The entire salon was clean and elegant, and I look forward to using their other services. They also carry clothes, children’s items, and household goods that make great hostess gifts. We held a birthday party for our 11-year-old at Lola Joy’s and it exceeded my expectations. I was nervous it might be too young, but it was perfect. The girls created their own scrub before experiencing a mani and pedi. They have child-size massage chairs and adorable pink nail stations. Critical: ProfessionalismOur Cheer team (4-6 year olds) had a 3 hour party scheduled. Most of the parents left while the girls were pampered. They were told they were “done” in 1.5 hour and literally kicked them all out 1.5 hours early. I showed up to pick my daughter up at the correct party end time and almost had a heart attack when I saw the place was empty, the 1 girl there had no idea what was going on. Our Cheer team (4-6 year olds) had a 3 hour party scheduled. Most of the parents left while the girls were pampered. They were told they were “done” in 1.5 hour and literally kicked them all out 1.5 hours early. I showed up to pick my daughter up at the correct party end time and almost had a heart attack when I saw the place was empty, the 1 girl there had no idea what was going on. Thank god I found another mom who was able to stay with a few girls in the back parking lot until we arrived. Ridiculousness.
