I got my ears pierced on a Saturday and I tightened the clasp a little too much which led to the earring imbedding itself inside my ear. The staff was more than happy to help me loosen the earring that following Tuesday. Overall extremely helpful and tender hearted people. I have a very severe fear of needles and was terrified about getting them pierced but Christina made it painless and did a great job.
