I’m very disappointed in Lola Nail spa, it’s a cute place and they take walk ins without a long wait. However i got the nail dip the guy tech recommended would last 3 weeks, paid $50 including tip and the very next day two of the nails just came off (didn’t even get chance to do chores). Went back and they replaced missing nails. Went back 3rd time two days later for another nail. Now it’s been a week into manicure and I’m again missing another nail, and another chipped off. I should have asked for a refund instead now im over it. They need to train staff how to do it properly, by the mixed reviews some staff are ok others not.

I had a great experience with Annie last year, but this year Ken did not give me a good experience. He cut me and made me bleed 5 times and it was so painful with him! His filing is also SO painful. He left my nails crooked and so thick. The skin around my nails was so dry and left awful! He does not understand much of what the customer is asking and gets frustrated and complains. Unprofessional!

Well done , good service and nice staff. Very clean and comfortable nail salon. I have to get this short rounded shaped because I am a massage therapist…it hard to make cute but they did a pretty awesome job. I wouldn’t get this color again but that was my fault. , nail shop is pretty perfect though

This is the worst nail place. I always give it a chance because it’s close to my house but every single time I go it never fails, the customer service is so bad. The nails techs have attitude and sarcastic. If I barley say I don’t like something or tell them how I want something done they get bothered. I need to learn my lesson already and stop coming here.
