I moved to Geneva and I was far from my old stylist. But I found Lola on Google and loved the whole aesthetic of the salon. From the furniture to their zero waste initiatives (big selling point for me!) I came into the salon for the first time with an idea of chopping my hair off. Gina helped me choose a style that best suited my face shape and maintenance habits. It was perfect and better than what I had imagined. Phenomenal experience! The hair and hand massage were wonderful and my hair looks great! Katherine did an amazing job! The salon is very affordable, especially for the experience you receive. They are also one of the most environmentally friendly salons on America! Only one bag of garbage per month!!!!

I drive a hour from downtown Chicago because the service is outstanding and the prices are very reasonable. I followed my stylist, Veronica to LOLA from another salon because she rocks. A few months ago I arrived for an appointment to find out they had missed scheduled me… there was time for color but not a cut. I was very upset considering how far I drive. The owner Gina skipped her lunch break to cut & style my hair… compliments of her. That’s the kind of customer service I will continue driving an hour for!
