I’ve dealt with acne since I was a teenager. I went to my first acne treatment facial with Lola and it was amazing! First, the facility is lovely inside. Lola took her time to explain everything that she would do before we went into the private room. She made me feel super comfortable and gave the utmost care during the facial. She continued to explain every step of the process before she moved on to the next part. I felt so incredibly taken care of and appreciate her time, care and knowledge in explaining good products to me. I look forward to seeing what my face looks like in a week!

Lola is AMAZING! Her attention to detail does not go unnoticed. I’m very insecure with whiteheads, blackheads, and acne and I appreciate that she understands my troubled areas and needs. With that being said, she provides me a better treatment than what I originally booked for. She’s honest and shares her strategy with what to expect as a result of the treatment. Very excited to see results over this next week. This is my second treatment at Lola Beauty. I felt so informed and reassured about the chemical peel that I selected for myself based on Lolaʻs thorough review of each of the options. There was some discomfort, which is to be expected if you are going to apply acid to your face (!) BUT Lola checked in with me after each application to make sure I was willing to go all five passes. I did and Iʻm glad that I did. She provided a cooling fan and lots of encouragement the whole time. Thank you Lola.
