I have been going to Meghann at Loks for the last 12 years and she is absolutely amazing! She always makes my hair look and feel great! The head massage with shampoo is an amazing bonus. I had my hair done at Lok and I was beyond happy with my experience! The ladies at this salon are so warm and inviting! They offered me a mimosa and wine both times I went in which made it feel so relaxed, like it was true me time! The owner of Lok is such a nice person and so easy to talk to! If you get your hair done here you will NOT be disappointed! I’m over the moon about how my hair looks and feels as I believe everyone gets a deep conditioner when you get a shampoo! I felt very taken care of and appreciate when I was there! Would never want to go anywhere else!

Desi is my go to girl although I’d have to say all the ladies are extremely talented. I’ve been going here long enough to see each of them work. My hair goes in absolute shambles and comes out looking like a million bucks. The hair wash and head massage is worth it in itself.

I have lived in Groton for four years and always traveled outside of the town for my hair appointments. My boyfriend endlessly advises I go to Loks Salon not only because he knew one of the hairdressers from high school but also it was closest to our house. As well as the reviews I’ve read and heard from others, I decided to check them out. The environment was so calm and welcoming, very clean and well managed. Desiree is my hairdresser and now my forever go to person I entrust with my hair only! This salon has great employees, I always refer all my peers over to them.

I went in for a color service (platinum blonde) and Desirae did not miss! She was very attentive. The color came out exactly like I wanted. Her hands are anointed, scalp massage was fabulous (felt like I needed a cigarette after ). Drinks, (water, coffee, tea) provided. It was a spa like experience.
