Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityThis is one of my favorite places to go to! I love going there and just getting my nails done or my hair styled for different events! They never disappoint or never you left unsatisfied! I go to Madison for nails and she is literally the best, she cares about you and she delivers amazing nails! I also have had Hannah do hair styling and she does so good, she turns my hair from a 0 to a 10! Definitely recommend this place and they are super clean, and just such a wonderful business. This is one of my favorite places to go to! I love going there and just getting my nails done or my hair styled for different events! They never disappoint or never you left unsatisfied! I go to Madison for nails and she is literally the best, she cares about you and she delivers amazing nails! Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueIt’s been a couple months since I had my first regretful appt. at Logan Charles. First off I requested blonde chunky hi lights however, ended up with a soft brown no chunky look, now it’s over processed and hard to comb through. Yes, damaged beyond repair, my stylist demonstrated clearly that she had no knowledge or care for that matter, in maintaining my healthy hair. I also got my haircut and I asked for the back of my hair to be rounded, fell on deaf ears once again, my hair is cut straight across…beautiful!!! Not!!More fun! When rinsing a clients hair a Stylist is always to keep his/her fingertips over the nozzle to assure the water temperature is appropriate and doesn’t hurt the customer. Failed again, I had to tell her several times the water temp was too hot!! They call themselves “The Best Salon in Southeastern Michigan…Um, hardly based on my own experience.My stylist didn’t listen and doesn’t have the capacity to know she was hurting me??? Hopefully no babysitting jobs will be in her future.If that wasn’t enough, oh yes it gets better! I called and complained to the Owner about the entire situation including the hot water and she responded “we have Bipolar water”, is that right I said? We’ll, it just so happens that I have “Bipolar”, how could she say something so thoughtless?? AND to be so unapologetic?? As you can imagine this does not sit well with the Mental HealthCommunity! Why not call it Logan’s water? Just a suggestion?Yes, she did offer to rectify the situation if I came into the salon first so she can see the damage first hand and then MAYBE I can get my money back. She offered to foil my hair again, ekk!!! wrong answer my hair is already way over processed. Quite frankly I could never step foot in that place again, although I could use the money, you understand that it goes against my principals.On the other hand, I think that a heartfelt apology goes a long way including a hefty donation to a Mental Health Organization is the ticket, and it proves that your making the effort to correct the mistake instead of keeping all that money for yourselves.It’s been a couple months since I had my first regretful appt. at Logan Charles. First off I requested blonde chunky hi lights however, ended up with a soft brown no chunky look, now it’s over processed and hard to comb through.
