Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have never been to a more AMAZING salon than the loft! What an experience! I walked in and the salon coordinator named Cole greeted me immediately and asked me if I needed a refreshment, he was so professional and respectful from the second I walked in! The owner Naomi, came up to me and thanked me for being a client and is just so sweet and answered all of my many questions on product and was very patient with me. They all treated me better than I have ever been treated by far in any other salon! (I have gone to salons all over the world) Abby was my stylist and I was embarrassed because my hair was so damaged. She was my little fairy Godmother and turned my hair from horrible to looking absolutely amazing. They work miracles here and I will never go anywhere else ever again! I have never been to a more AMAZING salon than the loft! What an experience! I walked in and the salon coordinator named Cole greeted me immediately and asked me if I needed a refreshment, he was so professional and respectful from the second I walked in! Love the organic products they use as well—I’ve never had hair dye last so long! I’ve worked with Heather and Abby who are both awesome and do a great job, but everyone else there is so kind and knowledgeable as well! I highly recommend this place. I love this salon!! I love this salon!! I’ve been coming here since last summer and they always do such a nice job on my hair. Love the organic products they use as well—I’ve never had hair dye last so long! I’ve worked with Heather and Abby who are both awesome and do a great job, but everyone else there is so kind and knowledgeable as well! I highly recommend this place.

I had 4 different colors in my hair and it looked horrible before I walked in. Kaileen fixed my hair in one session and it looked absolutely incredible and for a very affordable price!! Loved the service and the out come of my hair will defiantly be coming back. Thank you so much Kaileen for doing such an incredible job! Critical: QualityI came to get my roots touched up. After 2 hours in the salon, they were not covered and my brunette hair was turned copper tinted! I had Kaileen redo her dye job to which she said she now had to dye my whole head. In the process, she stated “sorry if it seems like I’m going fast, I have another client”. I did not appreciate the poor quality yet again when the first job was so poor. I got a much darker brown than I wanted. After 3.5 hours at the salon, my hair still has patches of red/copper colored hair. She let water with dye in it nearly drip into my eyes and ears. Very unsatisfied. I ended up leaving with multi colored hair because of the poor quality and frustration. Over a hundred bucks later I have worse hair than when I went in.I came to get my roots touched up.
