Allison was great! I recently moved to the area and was nervous about finding a new hair stylist. She was very understanding when I showed up to my first appointment with her on the wrong day…how embarrassing! She immediately put me at ease, taking great care of me and matched my hair color perfectly! I booked my next two appointments with her on the way out. 🙂

Today was the first time I have come here and what a wonderful experience it was! They were able to squeeze me in this morning with Nikki and she did a beautiful job! Not only did she give me a relaxing massage while washing my hair, she took the time to listen to what I wanted to have done to my hair. Even tho it was just a cut and dry they appreciated my business. It is a small, intimate setting but very clean and professional setting. I am very picky with where I go and they exceeded my expectations. You now have another regular customer. Thanks Nikki!!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis salon is wonderful!!! I was not a local, but had a rehearsal dinner and wedding coming up that I wanted my hair styled for. I saw they had a 5 out of 5 on their reviews. I thought well, how can that be…a perfect score? I called them and booked 3 appointments. The owner styled my hair all 3 times. She was calm, friendly and right away I knew she knew what she was doing. I just took a picture with me of what I wanted. She went right to work. All 3 times she did a great job and I saw the other stylists doing a wonderful job on other women getting their hair done. Now I know why others rated them a 5 out of 5! They are great! My hair needed alot of work and I was nervous coming in but this salon is so warm, inviting, friendly, family friendly and professional. I have found my salon “home”! My hair needed alot of work and I was nervous coming in but this salon is so warm, inviting, friendly, family friendly and professional. Nikki did such an amazing job on my hair with a great cut and color and made me feel very comfortable through the whole process, consulting with me as she went along so that we were in agreement. I truly appreciated that because I’ve had bad experiences in the past. Not this time! I highly, highly recommend coming here for a great service.

I was so excited to get my hair done, I was referred by my sister and when I went in they said they could do what I asked. After my hair was done it didn’t look anything like what I had asked for. I called that night and asked if there was any way we could change something about it. While on the call they kept saying “oh you’re the girl with the blonde and brown hair?” or “yeah you’re the girl with the uneven hair.” WOW. so unprofessional. Obviously I am going to the hair salon to get it fixed so why are you being rude? Anyway after they agreed to set me up for another appointment they kept declining my calls. I came in and got another appointment to get it fixed and it still was not what I asked for but does look better than what it was. They ended up saying I couldn’t get what I wanted with my hair which I don’t know why they wouldn’t tell me before they even touched my hair. Will not be coming back here. Staff is very rude and talks bad about the customers apparently. I have never made any reviews ESPECIALLY bad ones but this was just horrific. If there were a 0 stars I would have put that.

This is the BEST salon in North Georgia, maybe even the US:) All the girls are so sweet and talented, but Nikki is absolutely amazing. Her cut and color skills are top notch. I won’t let anyone else cut my hair now that I’ve been spoiled by her! The salon is cute and clean and there are many cute shops and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend!

I adore this hair salon and the owner! The salon is light and airy and has a lot of natural light (which I love). My hair has looked amazing every time I’ve had it done! I feel like they listen to what I’m wanting and are able to do what’s best for my hair also! Highly recommend these girls!

The other hair artists at The Loft are also very knowledgable and skilled in all types of treatments and cuts.
