And, what a great experience did I have during my appointment!! Fame was my Loctician and she did such an amazing job!! She was very professional and proficient…no excessive talking or unnecessary distractions, but constant focus on providing me with a great hair experience, but in a short period of time. I’m new to nc and was looking for a new hairdresser. I live in Fayetteville and drove an hour 06/18/2022 made it here at 9:50 my appointment was at 10am. I go to the entrance of the store and it’s a note saying it’s closed due to a power outage. However, there was zero communication to notify me of this. I received a text yesterday confirming my appointment so why couldn’t I have gotten a text saying your closed. Very unprofessional and disappointing!!

As soon as I walked in I knew this was where I wanted to start and continue my Loc journey. The atmosphere is amazing. The staff make you feel welcomed. I highly recommend this location for all natural care and loc needs. They even cater to needs of children that need services. Crown is my loctician and I’ve also been service by Selena she’s amazing also! I had my original consultation by the current owner Kentrell and he made sure to answer all my questions and made sure that I was confident in the choice I made to start my journey. I appreciated the honesty and transparency of the journey and commitment I was making. 6 months strong on this journey and me to come! This is definitely the location you need to begin!!

My Name is Errico and I was Styled by Crown!!!! Crown was soooo patient with me (even with me calling her Crystal 50xs) and worked hard to find a style that fit me. Her Vibe was incredible and she made me feel so comfortable! I am new to locs and she gave some helpful hints as well as some good laughs. I can’t wait for Crown to Bless MY Crown again! I came in for a haircut service on April 7th. My hair was full and healthy but, I just wanted it reshaped with layers. I showed the Stylist pictures of my desired haircut and told her that I wear my hair mostly blown out. She opted to cut my hair wet anyway because she’d “be able to cut the layers better”. After the service, my hair was in a shrunken state so I wasn’t able to see the true state of my hair. I returned home and after blowing my hair out, I could see that my hair was thinned out, misshapen, scraggly. I returned to the salon to ask for it to be fixed and for a refund (the state of my hair was so extreme that I couldn’t pay for it). The manager at the front desk set the appointment for the next day at 11am and told be me she’d talk to her boss about the refund. I arrived the next day and was told that either they’d fix my hair or a refund would be granted but, not both. The boss had told the manager that I requested layers and since that’s the “service” I got they wouldn’t do both. I opted to have it fixed at first but, after being told I couldn’t get it done that day (after setting an appointment for it) I asked for a refund.

My experience here made me feel like my locs were in safe hands! We was here visiting from Louisiana for a wedding and needed a stylist ASAP! She took care of us! The loctition who washed, retwisted and styled my locs (Crown T) was very sociable and her hospitality was warm and engaging! She made me feel welcomed, not rushed even after she took us (myself and a child) at the last minute!

My overall experience at Locs, Naturals, and More was good. The salon is in a convenient location and is clean. The owner and stylists are professional. Crown, the loctician who did my loc install made sure it was done to perfection. Crown is also very friendly and personable as well. One issue with the salon is the stylists schedules are booked solid, so you may have to wait several weeks before your actual appointment.
